WX390 + toripalimab

WX390 + toripalimab is a **combination therapy** consisting of WX390, an orally administered, highly potent dual inhibitor of PI3K and mTOR, and toripalimab, an intravenous anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody. WX390 suppresses tumors by targeting pan-PI3K and mTOR kinase activities, which reduces immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment components such as regulatory T cells (Treg) and myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSC), thus potentially enhancing the activity of immune checkpoint inhibitors like toripalimab.
