WXSH0057 is an orally bioavailable small molecule inhibitor of Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) being developed by Zhejiang Longchuan Biomedical Technology. It is designed to treat various relapsed or refractory B-cell malignancies by disrupting the B-cell receptor (BCR) signaling pathway, which is essential for the proliferation and survival of malignant B cells. The drug is currently in Phase I clinical development in China, where it is being evaluated for safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary antitumor activity as a monotherapy in patients with conditions such as chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), and Waldenström macroglobulinemia.
