X.exo is an exosome-based, cell-free biologic therapy developed by Vita Spring. Derived from placental mesenchymal stem cells (X.msc), these exosomes contain high concentrations of growth factors, paracrine factors, and microRNAs (miRNAs) that facilitate tissue repair and immunomodulation. The therapy is designed to treat a wide range of conditions, including acute lung injury, chronic pulmonary fibrosis, acute kidney injury, and various autoimmune disorders like multiple sclerosis and psoriasis. As a cell-free product, X.exo aims to provide the regenerative benefits of stem cell therapy while avoiding risks such as genetic transference, oncogenesis, or graft-versus-host disease.
