X0N7 is an investigational glyco-humanized polyclonal antibody (GH-pAb) being developed by Xenothera for the treatment of solid tumors and hematologic malignancies. Utilizing Xenothera's proprietary platform, X0N7 is produced in genetically engineered animals that lack the alpha-1,3-galactose and N-glycolylneuraminic acid (Neu5Gc) sugars, which are typically responsible for the immunogenicity of animal-derived antibodies in humans. This "glyco-humanization" process allows for the administration of polyclonal antibodies that can recognize multiple epitopes on cancer cells while minimizing the risk of serum sickness or neutralizing immune responses. X0N7 is designed to exert its anti-tumor effects through multiple mechanisms, including direct induction of apoptosis, antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC), and complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC). It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical development.
