X4P-001 + toripalimab is an experimental combination therapy of mavorixafor (X4P-001) and toripalimab. - **Mavorixafor (X4P-001)** is a selective, oral, allosteric inhibitor of CXCR4, designed to block CXCL12/CXCR4-mediated signaling, thereby decreasing recruitment of immunosuppressive cells to the tumor microenvironment and promoting immune cell infiltration, with the goal of enhancing anti-tumor immune response. - **Toripalimab** is a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1). It acts as a checkpoint inhibitor, blocking PD-1 and enhancing T-cell–mediated anti-tumor immunity. The combination aims to synergize CXCR4 inhibition and PD-1 blockade, potentially overcoming resistance to immunotherapies by reprogramming the tumor immune microenvironment. Primary indications in early trials include advanced solid tumors and refractory/relapsed clear cell renal cell carcinoma.
