xB3-siRNA is a **preclinical central nervous system RNA delivery platform** developed by Bioasis that combines the company's xB3 blood-brain barrier shuttle peptide with a small interfering RNA payload. In reported preclinical work, an xB3-siRNA construct directed against *NADPH oxidase 4* achieved brain exposure after systemic administration, reduced target expression, and showed neuroprotective effects in an ischemic stroke model.
