Drug intelligence / Profile preview
XBH200 is a bispecific monoclonal antibody developed by Shanghai XBH Biotechnology that simultaneously targets Immunoglobulin Superfamily Member 8 (IGSF8) and Programmed Cell Death Protein 1 (PD-1). IGSF8 is an emerging immune checkpoint target that is often upregulated in various cancers and plays a role in suppressing T-cell activation and immune surveillance. By dual-targeting IGSF8 and the well-established PD-1 pathway, XBH200 is designed to reactivate exhausted T cells and enhance anti-tumor immune responses, potentially overcoming resistance to conventional PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors. The drug is intended for the treatment of solid tumors and is currently in the IND-enabling stage of development.
