Overview

XBH52 is a monoclonal antibody currently in preclinical development by Shanghai XBH Biotechnology for the treatment of hematologic malignancies. It specifically targets Killer Cell Immunoglobulin-like Receptor 3DL2 (KIR3DL2), a member of the KIR family that is aberrantly expressed on the surface of malignant cells in certain T-cell lymphomas, most notably Sézary syndrome and mycosis fungoides. By binding to KIR3DL2, XBH52 aims to eliminate tumor cells through mechanisms such as antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). The drug is part of Shanghai XBH Biotechnology's early-stage pipeline focused on developing targeted immunotherapies for oncology.
