XC130-A10H is an investigational small molecule drug developed by Xoc Pharmaceuticals for the treatment of Parkinson's disease. It acts as a partial agonist at dopamine D2 and D3 receptors, and as an antagonist at serotonin 5-HT1B, 5-HT2A, 5-HT2B receptors, and adenosine A1 receptor. The drug is designed to provide dopaminergic therapy similar to ergot alkaloid dopamine agonists but with improved safety by avoiding the fibrotic side effects associated with 5-HT2B receptor agonism.
