XCelliStem Wound Powder is an FDA-cleared (2018) extracellular matrix (ECM)-based regenerative medicine product developed by FetTech. It is composed of a proprietary blend of multiple tissue sources, specifically porcine spleen and lung, using the Multi-Tissue Platform (MTP) technology. The powder contains a complex mixture of biomolecules, including 45% collagen (Types I, III, IV, and V), 25% elastin, 14% fibronectin, and 7% laminin, along with hyaluronic acid, glycosaminoglycans, and essential growth factors such as fibroblast growth factor (FGF), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), and epidermal growth factor (EGF).
