Overview

Xenovac is a xenogeneic cell-based vaccine developed by Innovita Research for the treatment of melanoma and various carcinomas. The vaccine is formulated with cellular material containing melanoma- and carcinoma-associated differentiation antigens. It is designed to overcome immune tolerance to weakly immunogenic homologous tumor-associated antigens by presenting them as 'altered self,' thereby inducing a robust, tumor-specific immune response to eliminate cancer cells.
