Drug intelligence / Profile preview
XH001 + sintilimab is a combination therapy under clinical investigation for the treatment of advanced solid tumors and resected pancreatic cancer. XH001 is a personalized neoantigen mRNA cancer vaccine designed to stimulate an immune response against tumor-specific antigens, thereby enhancing anti-tumor immunity. Sintilimab is a fully human IgG4 monoclonal antibody that targets programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1), blocking its interaction with PD-L1 and PD-L2, which restores endogenous T-cell mediated anti-tumor responses. The combination aims to synergistically boost the immune system's ability to recognize and destroy cancer cells by combining antigen-specific vaccination with checkpoint inhibition[1][5][7]. XH001 was developed by NeoCura Bio-Medical Technology, while sintilimab was co-developed by Innovent Biologics and Eli Lilly and Company[5][8].
