Overview

xHSC-NKs are an allogeneic natural killer (NK) cell therapy derived from cord blood hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs). These HSCs are expanded significantly (1,000- to 1,000,000-fold) using a proprietary small molecule, IBR403, and then differentiated into highly functional NK cells. The therapy is designed to target and eliminate tumor cells across various malignancies through a balance of activating and inhibitory receptors, exhibiting potent cytotoxicity and secreting proinflammatory cytokines. This platform aims to provide a scalable, cost-effective, and durable antitumor response, addressing challenges in NK cell therapy such as limited scalability and donor variability.
