Overview
Xiangju is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formula, commonly available as Xiangju tablets (Xiangju Pian) or capsules, used for the treatment of inflammatory and allergic conditions of the upper respiratory tract. The formula typically includes botanical extracts such as *Chrysanthemum indicum*, *Angelica dahurica*, *Magnolia biondii*, and *Astragalus membranaceus*. It is primarily indicated for seasonal allergic rhinitis, chronic rhinitis, and sinusitis. Xiangju is thought to work by modulating the immune system, reducing the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and immunoglobulin E (IgE), and exerting anti-allergic effects to alleviate symptoms like nasal congestion, sneezing, and rhinorrhea.
