Its primary active ingredients include *Radix Bupleuri*, *Ramulus Guizhi*, *Radix Scutellariae*, and *Radix Puerariae*. The preparation works by inducing diaphoresis to expel pathogens from the body's exterior, clearing internal heat, and relieving symptoms such as fever, headache, nasal congestion, and sore throat. It is widely utilized in China as a standard treatment for wind-heat type common colds and influenza in children.
