Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granules

Xiaoer Chiqiao Qingre granules is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) herbal compound preparation developed and manufactured by Jumpcan Pharmaceutical (also known as Jichuan Pharmaceutical). It is a multi-herb mixture containing 14 Chinese medicinal herbs, including *Forsythia suspensa*, *Semen sojae praeparatum*, *Gardenia jasminoides*, *Scutellaria baicalensis*, *Mentha canadensis*, *Nepeta cataria*, and *Glycyrrhiza uralensis*. Formulated based on classic TCM principles, it is indicated for dispelling wind, relieving exterior syndrome, clearing heat, and resolving food stagnation. Clinically, it is widely used in pediatric patients to treat wind-heat common colds, influenza, acute upper respiratory tract infections, herpangina, and hand-foot-mouth disease. It is also used in combination with antibiotics like azithromycin for respiratory tract infections. The formulation is officially recognized in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia under approval number Z20123090.
