It is primarily indicated for the treatment of pediatric diarrhea, specifically those classified under the Damp-Heat Internal Accumulation syndrome. The formulation is composed of several herbal ingredients, including *Puerariae Lobatae Radix*, *Coptidis Rhizoma*, and *Poria*, which work synergistically to clear heat, resolve dampness, and stabilize the gastrointestinal tract. Clinical studies, such as the Phase 3 trial CTR20130877, have further evaluated its efficacy and safety in treating pediatric diarrhea and associated conditions like viral and rotavirus enteritis. It is an NMPA-approved pharmaceutical product in China.
