Developed and manufactured by Jiangxi Xinglin Baima Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., it is widely used in China for the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infections, acute tonsillitis, and the common cold in children. The drug is valued for its heat-clearing, detoxifying, and anti-inflammatory properties. Pharmacologically, it functions by inhibiting the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-alpha, IL-6, and IL-1beta, and it exhibits broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity against various respiratory pathogens.
