Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Xiaoer Huaji Granules is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation developed by Hainan Huluwa Pharmaceutical Group for the treatment of pediatric food stagnation disease (乳食内积 syndrome). The product is designed to invigorate the spleen, regulate qi, and eliminate accumulated food in children, addressing symptoms such as abdominal distension, loss of appetite, and indigestion. It has been evaluated in a randomized, double-blind, multicenter Phase 3 clinical trial in China involving children aged 3 to 6 years. As a botanical-based therapy, its efficacy is derived from a combination of herbal extracts traditionally used in Chinese medicine to promote gastrointestinal health and digestive efficiency in the pediatric population.
