Xiaojin

Xiaojin is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formula, often prepared as a capsule or pill, that is widely used in China for its anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and anti-hyperplastic properties. It is traditionally indicated for conditions characterized by "phlegm-dampness" and "blood stasis," which in modern medicine correspond to inflammatory masses, nodules, and hyperplastic diseases. Common indications include breast hyperplasia, thyroid nodules, and gynecological conditions such as endometriosis and associated deep dyspareunia. The formula is a complex mixture of several ingredients, including *Moschus* (musk), *Momordica cochinchinensis*, *Aconitum kusnezoffii*, and various resins and herbs. It is thought to work by improving local microcirculation and reducing the levels of inflammatory mediators.
