Overview

Xiaopiling Granules is a traditional Chinese medicine formulation investigated for its therapeutic effects on gastric precancerous changes. Studies have indicated that it can effectively alleviate gastric mucositis, promote the nourishment of gastric mucosa, and mitigate or inhibit dysplasia. It has been shown to improve structural and cellular atypism associated with dysplasia, facilitate the elimination of dysplastic cells, and enhance the ultrastructure of gastric precancerous lesions. Furthermore, research in rats demonstrated that Xiaopiling Granules could play a preventive and therapeutic role by significantly increasing the activity of succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) and M-ATPase, as well as the content of muscular glycogen, which were found to be reduced in models of gastric precancerous changes.
