Xiaoyin Granules (消银颗粒) is an approved Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) product developed and marketed by Shaanxi Kanghui Pharmaceutical for the treatment of psoriasis, particularly psoriasis vulgaris. The formulation is a complex mixture of 13 herbal ingredients, including *Rehmannia glutinosa*, *Lonicera japonica*, and *Angelica sinensis*. Modern pharmacological research indicates that Xiaoyin Granules may exert therapeutic effects by regulating immune function, specifically by modulating inflammatory cytokines such as Interleukin-17 (IL-17) and Interleukin-10 (IL-10), and influencing the expression of sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) receptors. It is commonly prescribed as a monotherapy or in combination with acitretin for patients exhibiting blood-heat and wind-dryness patterns.
