Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Xiasadexi is a traditional Tibetan medicine (Zang medicine) hospital preparation developed by the Zang Hospital of Ruoergai County in Sichuan Province, China. It is specifically formulated for the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis. As a traditional multi-ingredient preparation, it aims to regulate gastric function and alleviate symptoms such as epigastric pain, bloating, and acid reflux by reducing inflammation of the gastric mucosa. In Tibetan medical theory, it is often employed to treat "stomach heat" and digestive imbalances. The preparation is registered as a hospital-specific medication (院内制剂) and is used within the regional healthcare system of Sichuan.
