xidazumab

Xidazumab (TZ-H001) is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting the **programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1)** receptor. By binding to PD-1 on the surface of T-cells, xidazumab prevents the receptor from interacting with its ligands, PD-L1 and PD-L2, which are often overexpressed by tumor cells to evade immune detection.
