Xinbao Pill (Xinbao Wan) is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation developed and manufactured by Guangdong Taiantang Pharmaceutical. It is primarily indicated for the treatment of chronic heart failure (CHF), bradycardia, and sick sinus syndrome, particularly in patients diagnosed with Heart-Kidney Yang Deficiency syndrome according to TCM principles. The pill is composed of several potent herbal and animal-derived ingredients, including *Panax ginseng*, *Aconitum carmichaelii* (processed), *Cervus elaphus* (deer antler), *Cinnamomum cassia*, and *Bufonis Venenum* (toad venom), among others. Its pharmacological effects include increasing cardiac output, improving coronary blood flow, and enhancing the self-discipline of the sinoatrial node. In clinical practice, it is often used as an adjunctive therapy to improve symptoms and quality of life in patients with refractory heart failure or slow heart rates.
