Xingdi Kechuanning is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) formulation developed by Guizhou Weimen Pharmaceutical for the treatment of respiratory conditions including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis, and asthma. Formulated as a capsule, it is specifically indicated for patients presenting with wind-cold binding the lung and kidney qi deficiency syndromes according to TCM principles. The therapy aims to relieve cough and wheezing by harmonizing lung and kidney functions. It has been evaluated in Phase II clinical trials in China.
