Xinrong Granules (心荣颗粒) is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) product developed by Anhui Joyfar Pharmaceutical, a subsidiary of Jingfeng Pharmaceutical. It is an oral formulation composed of extracts from *Astragalus membranaceus* (Huangqi), *Rehmannia glutinosa* (Dihuang), and *Cinnamomum cassia* (Guizhi). The drug is specifically indicated for the treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) in patients presenting with Yang deficiency or Qi-Yin deficiency patterns. Its therapeutic mechanism involves tonifying Qi, nourishing Yin, and warming Yang to improve myocardial blood supply and overall cardiac function. Xinrong Granules has been approved for marketing in China and is utilized to manage symptoms associated with CHD and chronic heart failure.
