Drug intelligence / Profile preview
XKDCT-293 is a chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) therapy targeting nectin-4. It is being developed by Shenzhen Celconta Life Science for the treatment of neoplasms, specifically advanced breast cancer that expresses nectin-4. The drug works as a nectin-4 inhibitor by engineering patient-derived T cells to recognize and attack cancer cells expressing the nectin-4 protein. As of June 2025, it is in Phase 1 clinical trials in China for patients with advanced breast cancer[1][2][3][4].
