Overview

XKDCT023 is an autologous Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy developed by Shenzhen Xiankangda Life Sciences. It is designed to target the CD19 antigen, a protein consistently expressed on the surface of B-cell lineage cells and associated malignancies. The therapy involves the ex vivo genetic modification of a patient's own T cells to express a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) that specifically recognizes CD19. Once re-infused, these engineered cells bind to CD19-positive tumor cells, triggering T-cell activation and subsequent lysis of the malignant cells. XKDCT023 is currently being investigated in Phase 1 clinical trials for the treatment of patients with CD19-positive relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).
