Overview

XKH-002 is a recombinant humanized immunoglobulin (IgG4) monoclonal antibody under development for the treatment of solid tumors. It acts as an inhibitor of B7-H4 (also known as V-set domain containing T cell activation inhibitor 1 or B7S1), a member of the B7 family involved in immune checkpoint regulation. By targeting and inhibiting B7-H4, XKH-002 aims to enhance anti-tumor immune responses. The drug is administered intravenously and is currently in Phase 1 clinical trials to evaluate its safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary antitumor activity in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The developer is Suzhou Xinkanghe Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd.
