Overview

XLNT-1 is a targeted radiopharmaceutical being developed by NAMI Therapeutics for the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer and peritoneal metastases. It utilizes a nanoparticle-based delivery system to transport the radioactive isotope holmium-166 (Ho-166) directly to metastatic tumors within the peritoneal cavity. The therapy is designed for intraperitoneal administration, allowing the nanocarriers to remain confined to the abdominal space, thereby maximizing the radiation dose to cancer cells while minimizing systemic exposure and sparing healthy tissues. XLNT-1 is currently in the IND-enabling preclinical stage of development.
