Drug intelligence / Profile preview
XLS-104 is an investigational T-cell receptor engineered T-cell (TCR-T) therapy developed by Guangdong Xiangxue Precision Medical Technology (XLifeSc). It is designed to target the KRAS G12D neoantigen, a common driver mutation in various solid tumors, including pancreatic, colorectal, and lung cancers. The therapy involves engineering a patient's T cells to express a specific TCR that recognizes the KRAS G12D peptide presented by the HLA-A*11:01 molecule. This recognition triggers the specific killing of tumor cells harboring the mutation. XLS-104 is currently in the preclinical stage of development for the treatment of multiple solid tumors.
