Drug intelligence / Profile preview
XLS-107 is an autologous T-cell receptor-engineered T-cell (TCR-T) therapy being developed by Guangdong Xiangxue Precision Medical Technology (XLifeSc) for the treatment of multiple solid tumors. The therapy involves engineering a patient's own T cells to express a specific T-cell receptor (TCR) that recognizes the MAGE-A4 (Melanoma-associated antigen A4) cancer-testis antigen peptide presented by HLA-A*02:01 molecules on the surface of tumor cells. Upon binding to the MAGE-A4/HLA complex, the engineered T cells mediate antigen-specific cytotoxicity against the cancer cells. XLS-107 is currently in the preclinical stage of development.
