Overview
Xltran Plus is a proprietary sublingual hemp flower formulation developed by Endourage for the treatment of symptoms associated with Post-acute COVID-19 Syndrome (Long COVID). It is a full-spectrum botanical extract containing a specific concentration of cannabinoids, including tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD), alongside a defined terpene profile. The formulation is designed to interact with the endocannabinoid system to address neuroinflammation and oxidative stress, which are hypothesized drivers of Long COVID symptoms such as chronic fatigue, muscle weakness, and cognitive impairment. Although it has been evaluated in clinical trials, Xltran Plus is also marketed as a dietary supplement or wellness product. Its development for Long COVID was investigated in a clinical trial (NCT05467904) which was ultimately withdrawn.
