Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**XMAB22841 + pembrolizumab** is an investigational combination therapy consisting of XmAb22841, a humanized bispecific monoclonal antibody that targets cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4 (CTLA-4) and lymphocyte-activation gene 3 (LAG3), paired with pembrolizumab, an approved monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1). XmAb22841 is designed to block immune checkpoints within the tumor microenvironment, enhancing T cell activation against tumor cells. Pembrolizumab blocks PD-1 on T cells, further promoting anti-tumor immune response. This combination is being evaluated for safety, tolerability, and anti-tumor activity in subjects with advanced solid tumors, including advanced/metastatic melanoma[1][3][4][5][6].
