Overview

XmAb7195 is a first-in-class monoclonal antibody engineered by Xencor to suppress immunoglobulin E (IgE) via three distinct mechanisms of action. It targets IgE with its variable domain and uses a proprietary Fc domain optimized for high affinity binding to FcγRIIb (CD32b), which inhibits B cell function. The drug rapidly reduces both free and total IgE levels in circulation and blocks the production of new IgE by immune cells. It is being developed as a potential treatment for asthma and other atopic diseases[2][4][6].
