XNK02

XNK02 is an autologous, ex vivo–expanded and activated natural killer (NK) cell therapy candidate being developed by XNK Therapeutics for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and other hematologic malignancies. It builds on XNK’s platform for producing patient-derived NK cells with enhanced cytotoxicity and is currently in advanced preclinical development, including collaborations with Karolinska University Hospital and MD Anderson Cancer Center to evaluate its activity in AML models.[7][10][12][13][14] XNK02 is intended to selectively target and kill malignant hematopoietic cells through innate NK-cell recognition and cytotoxic mechanisms, and it is also being explored in preclinical combination regimens with a partner company’s investigational drug candidate for AML.[7][12][13][14]
