Drug intelligence / Profile preview
XNK03 is an autologous natural killer (NK) cell therapy candidate being developed by XNK Therapeutics for the treatment of urothelial malignancies, particularly bladder cancer. It is produced using XNK’s proprietary closed-system platform, which selectively expands and activates NK cells from a patient’s own peripheral blood to enhance cytotoxic activity against tumor cells. XNK03 is in preclinical evaluation, including studies in collaboration with Karolinska University Hospital in patients with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial cancer, where patient-derived cells collected before and after chemotherapy are used to test and optimize NK cell–mediated killing of autologous tumor cells.
