Drug intelligence / Profile preview
XNK04 is an autologous natural killer (NK) cell therapy candidate being developed by XNK Therapeutics for oncology indications, currently at the preclinical stage. It is generated by isolating a patient’s own NK cells and expanding and activating them ex vivo using XNK’s proprietary NK cell platform, with the goal of enhancing antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity and direct tumor cell killing. XNK04 is being evaluated preclinically for liver cancer, specifically hepatocellular carcinoma, including in combination with an ADCC-competent PD-L1 checkpoint inhibitor under a research collaboration with a global pharmaceutical company, and is described as targeting solid tumor indications within XNK’s NK cell therapy pipeline.[1][3][7][9][12]
