Drug intelligence / Profile preview
XNTR-924 is a preclinical-stage investigational therapeutic construct being developed by Xennials Therapeutics. It is designed as a multi-targeted agent that simultaneously inhibits Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription (STAT) proteins and the N-terminal domain (NTD) of the Androgen Receptor (AR), while also incorporating an Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) targeting moiety. This multi-pronged approach is intended to overcome resistance mechanisms in hormone-driven and growth factor-dependent cancers by blocking multiple signaling pathways essential for tumor survival and progression. The drug is currently being evaluated for the treatment of metastatic sensitive prostate cancer and triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC).
