Overview

XNTR-936 is a preclinical-stage investigational drug being developed by Xennials Therapeutics. It is a multi-targeted therapeutic construct designed to inhibit Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription (STAT), the Androgen Receptor N-terminal domain (AR NTD), and Poly ADP Ribose Polymerase (PARP). This multi-pronged approach is intended to disrupt key survival and DNA repair pathways in cancer cells, specifically targeting metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC) and triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC).
