XNTR-955

XNTR-955 is a preclinical-stage investigational drug being developed by Xennials Therapeutics. It is characterized as a targeted multi-inhibitor of the Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription (STAT) and the Androgen Receptor (AR) N-Terminal Domain (NTD). By specifically targeting the N-terminal domain of the androgen receptor, XNTR-955 is designed to bypass resistance mechanisms associated with mutations or deletions in the ligand-binding domain (LBD), which often render traditional AR-targeted therapies ineffective. The dual inhibition of STAT and AR NTD is intended to address unmet needs in the treatment of both solid tumors and liquid tumors (hematological malignancies).
