Overview

XNW21015 is a potent and selective small molecule inhibitor of Hematopoietic Progenitor Kinase 1 (HPK1, also known as MAP4K1), developed by Suzhou Sinovent Pharmaceutical. HPK1 is a member of the MAP4K family and acts as a key negative regulator of T-cell, B-cell, and dendritic cell activation. By inhibiting HPK1, XNW21015 aims to reverse immunosuppression in the tumor microenvironment and enhance the anti-tumor immune response. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for the treatment of various advanced solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, and melanoma, both as a monotherapy and in combination with other immunotherapies such as PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors.
