XNW28012 is a next-generation antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed for the treatment of advanced solid tumors, including pancreatic, ovarian, and cervical cancers. The drug targets tissue factor (TF), a protein highly expressed in various malignancies. Its mechanism involves delivering a cytotoxic payload—specifically YL0014, a topoisomerase I inhibitor—directly to tumor cells expressing tissue factor.
