XNW34017 is an orally bioavailable, heterobifunctional targeted protein degrader (TPD) developed by Evopoint Bioscience for the treatment of solid tumors. It is designed to target Aurora kinase A (AURKA) and simultaneously induce the degradation of the MYC oncoprotein, a critical nuclear transcription regulator involved in cell proliferation and survival that is frequently dysregulated in cancer. By utilizing a PROTAC (Proteolysis-Targeting Chimera) approach, XNW34017 facilitates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of its targets. Preclinical data have shown high oral bioavailability and significant anti-tumor activity in vivo. The drug received clinical trial clearance in China in late 2025 and is progressing into Phase 1 clinical trials.
