Overview
XO100-Series (NatEx™) is a preclinical-stage exosome therapeutic being developed by Xsome Biotech for the treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). The product consists of natural exosomes derived from lung spheroid cells (LSCs), manufactured using a proprietary GMP-compliant, serum-free, and xeno-free process. These LSC exosomes are designed to be delivered directly to the lung parenchyma via inhalation using the company's ResEV platform. The therapeutic mechanism involves the modulation of pulmonary inflammation and the promotion of tissue remodeling, leveraging the innate regenerative properties of the lung-derived secretome to address the underlying pathology of chronic inflammatory lung diseases.
