Drug intelligence / Profile preview
XON9 is a preclinical-stage glyco-humanized polyclonal antibody (GH-pAb) being developed by Xenothera for the treatment of solid tumors and hematologic malignancies. The drug is produced using Xenothera's proprietary platform, which involves the production of antibodies in animals genetically modified to lack specific immunogenic sugars (such as Neu5Gc), followed by a humanization process. This approach is intended to combine the multi-target efficacy of polyclonal antibodies with the safety and low immunogenicity profile of humanized monoclonal antibodies. XON9 is currently undergoing preclinical evaluation to support its advancement into clinical trials for oncology indications.
