Overview

XP-006 is a personalized mRNA-based tumor vaccine developed by Ruijin Hospital for the treatment of relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. As a neoantigen-based immunotherapy, the vaccine is tailored to the individual patient by identifying unique mutations (neoantigens) present in their tumor cells through genomic sequencing. The mRNA sequences encoding these neoantigens are then delivered to the patient to stimulate the activation and proliferation of antigen-specific CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. This targeted immune response is designed to recognize and destroy lymphoma cells while sparing healthy tissue. XP-006 is currently undergoing Phase 1 clinical evaluation to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary anti-tumor activity.
