Drug intelligence / Profile preview
XP-P01 is an individualized, neoantigen-based cancer vaccine developed by Shanghai Xinpu Biotechnology. It is designed as an adjuvant therapy for patients with high-risk malignant solid tumors, including pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, colorectal cancer, and non-small cell lung cancer, following curative surgery. The vaccine is tailored to the specific genetic profile of a patient's tumor to stimulate a targeted immune response against residual cancer cells. It is administered via intramuscular injection and is currently being evaluated in Phase I clinical trials in China to assess its safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy in preventing disease recurrence.
