XPACE-1008 is an investigational mRNA-based therapeutic being developed by Xanadu Bio for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The drug utilizes Xanadu Bio's proprietary poly(amine-co-ester) (PACE) polymer nanoparticle delivery platform to deliver mRNA encoding interleukin-2 (IL-2). Upon delivery, the mRNA is translated to express IL-2, which is intended to stimulate antitumor immune-cell activity and enhance the body's immune response against lung cancer cells. XPACE-1008 is currently in the discovery stage of development.
